＜作品について＞
鏡を削る。
鏡に塗装された銀を削り、半透明な鏡をつくる。
鏡の奥が透けて見えると同時に、鏡を覗き込む私の顔が写り込む。
そして、ふたつの風景が混ざり合う。
光の加減など状況によって見え方が少しづつ変わる。
霧が、私たちの視界を遮りどこにいるかわからなくさせるように、
あるいは、霧が晴れ風景が一変するように、私たちの世界は変わり続けている。

＜About the Artwork＞
Scraped the mirror.
Silver paint applied to the mirror is shaved off to create a semi-transparent mirror.
As the depths of the mirror become visible, your face is reflected as I peer into it.
And thus, two landscapes blend together.
The perception gradually changes depending on factors such as the intensity of light.
Similar to how fog obscures our vision, making it unclear where we are,
or like how the clearing fog transforms the scenery, our world is continually changing.
